Essence Foundation was established in 2004 in Sofia as a non-governmental non-for-profit organization
Our basic activity is to popularize educational and therapeutic programs for interpersonal and professional development and self-knowledge, to encourage increase of self-appraisal and belief in our own abilities.
Essence Foundation is a result of our belief that seeds of inborn love and humaneness exist in every heart and that these values are basis of the world we live in.
Essence seminars are one of many ways to support every person in their own road of development. Our aim is a better world with more conscious, smiling and happy people. We called it Happy Bulgaria project and we all participate in it!
United by the common vision of Happy Bulgaria, Milena Nenkova, Emilia Ilieva, Natalia Nikolova, Rumyana Peneva and Fidanka Chingova – Todorova, we believe that the change starts from inside out and is related to unfolding our potential for happiness here and now.
